We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our dispatch company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our dispatch services, developing new business relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a passion for logistics and dispatch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in need of dispatch services, including transportation companies, freight forwarders, and logistics firms.
- Present and explain our dispatch services, demonstrating the value and benefits to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dispatch, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
