We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging major freelancing platforms to secure new business opportunities for our software house.
Key Responsibilities:
Freelancing Platform Management:
- Utilize popular freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others to identify and secure new projects.
- Create and maintain compelling profiles on these platforms to showcase our expertise and attract potential clients.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Proactively identify potential clients and projects that align with our services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Convert leads into successful projects through effective communication and negotiation.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market demands.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly on freelancing platforms.
- Strong understanding of the software development industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
