Job Description

Sahal is looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our operations in Pakistan. As the Country Manager, you will be the face of Sahal in Pakistan and will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations of the Pakistan team, located in Islamabad and Karachi, including by developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Manage sales, marketing, customer support teams in Pakistan. Liaise with product development teams and the global operation team, under the CEO.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Lead the commercialization efforts, ensuring that the products are effectively marketed and sold to potential clients in Pakistan

Requirements

Proven experience as a Country Manager or in a similar leadership role, with demonstrated capabilities of building and leading teams across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of industries that are rapidly digitizing in Pakistan in need for compliance services, e.g. finance, telecom, e-commerce.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in running or managing SaaS companies or products
Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
