Quantity Takeoff & Estimation:
- Accurately calculate material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Develop and refine cost estimates throughout the project.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Assist in sourcing materials and equipment.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and ensure on-time deliveries.
Project Management Support:
- Help create project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.
Cost Control & Compliance:
- Monitor expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
- Ensure construction activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in civil engineering, quantity takeoff, and project management.
- Proficiency in estimating and project management software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PE or PMP certification.
- BIM and sustainable construction knowledge.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety protocols.
