Store Incharge

The Store Incharge at Saidliah Al Sheikh Trader plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse and store facilities. This position involves managing daily activities such as receiving and issuing medicines, maintaining accurate inventory records, checking batch and expiry dates, and supervising a dedicated team of seven staff members. The role also requires ensuring adherence to safety compliance, loss prevention protocols, and proper storage conditions to preserve the quality and integrity of pharmaceutical products. In addition to overseeing stock control and order dispatch processes, the Store Incharge must monitor stock shortages, damages, returns, and near-expiry items, as well as perform regular physical stock counts to identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and actual inventory. This position demands strong organizational skills, experience in warehouse or store managementpreferably within pharmaceutical distributionand proficiency in basic computer and ERP systems.
Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse and store operations, including receiving, inspection, and issuing of medicines.
Maintain accurate stock records by verifying batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions to ensure product quality.
Supervise and lead a team of seven store staff members, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and compliance.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
Implement safety compliance and loss prevention measures to protect inventory and personnel.
Monitor stock levels continuously to identify shortages, damages, returns, and near-expiry items.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences between system stock and actual inventory.
Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions and warehouse activities using basic computer and ERP tools.
Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained in line with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Train team members on best practices for inventory control, safety, and operational procedures.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues arising in the store promptly and efficiently.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse management and operational workflows.
