We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, print materials, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Translate concepts into high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive.
- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and revise designs as necessary based on feedback.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to company guidelines for file management and naming conventions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets such as templates, icons, and graphics libraries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
