Qualification: MBA-Marketing from a reputed Institution.
Experience: Minimum five years in the house building industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Optimize lead conversion rate.
- Gather customer and market insights to increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Partner with email, and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
- Keep all the customer quotes data updated and keep himself updated with the latest industry trends.
- Analyze customer insights & trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Passionate team player and a self-starter. Tackles routine tasks with energy and commitment.
- Persistent – self- driven - highly hungry- hunter mentality – resilient qualities are key to succeed and grow in this role.
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience and shall be market driven.
