Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a large team of network marketing associates, currently up to 100 persons.
Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to promote products and boost sales performance.
Analyze social media advertising results to optimize strategies and maximize reach and engagement.
Provide ongoing support, coaching, and motivation to the team to ensure achievement of sales goals.
Monitor team performance and apply performance-based incentives to encourage achievement and growth.
Coordinate communication within the team and act as a liaison between associates and company management.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track trends, gather insights, and improve marketing efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and team progress.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and network marketing techniques to enhance overall effectiveness.
Adapt quickly to new challenges and changes in the market or company policies to ensure continuous success.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters learning and growth among team members.
Work remotely with a flexible schedule while consistently meeting deadlines and sales targets.
