Sale Representative (Construction Estimation Compaign)

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our Estimation Campaign team, based onsite at I8 Markaz. This is a full-time position working night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services to international clients, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Present and pitch services effectively to international clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B or BPO sales; however, fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working night shifts and onsite.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
