Sale Specialist

NetPrix Solution is seeking motivated and confident sales agents to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven and eager to advance their careers in sales. As part of our growing company, you will engage directly with customers, handle sales calls, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, on-site environment based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide product or service information clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months’ experience in sales, demonstrating a proven ability to close deals.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in handling sales calls and engaging with diverse customers.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
- A target-oriented and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in cold calling is highly advantageous.
- Previous roles involving sales of products or services will be considered a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs75,000 based on experience and performance.
- On-site work location at 3rd Floor, Ahad Heights, Mini Market, Gulberg, Lahore.
- Working hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing a consistent schedule for work-life balance.
