Taxation Officer

Responsibilities

Filing of Sales Tax Return.
Preparation Monthly Sales Tax and Income Tax Withholding Statement record.
Preparation of withholding Tax Challan.
Downloading all tax challans and keeping its record.
Verification of sale tax return.
Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Reconciliation of ledgers.
Maintain Voucher’s file for audit and tax purposes.
Verifications and update all shops and head office expenses.
Verifying and receiving of invoices from Head office.
Follow up outstanding invoice and utilities bill like Electricity, Telephone, and Gas.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a taxation officer or similar role.
Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
