Closet Bridal Wear is seeking a professional, friendly, and motivated salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting bridal dresses while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a passion for bridal fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The salesperson will play a key role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for brides-to-be by offering expert advice and personalized assistance throughout their dress selection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, guiding them through the selection of bridal dresses.
- Explain details about bridal dress designs, fabrics, embroidery, pricing, and available styles.
- Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable bridal outfits accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist brides during dress trials, fittings, and final selections.
- Maintain an attractive and organized display of bridal dresses in the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, tidy, and inviting at all times.
- Follow up with clients regarding their orders, fittings, and deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep accurate sales records and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers effectively.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within bridal wear or the fashion industry.
- Knowledge of bridal dresses, fabrics, and current fashion trends is advantageous.
- Pleasant personality, confidence, and a professional demeanor.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, familiarity with bridal fashion trends and fabric details will be considered a plus. The position offers a monthly salary of Rs35,000. The work location is in person at Closet Bridal Wear’s showroom, providing an opportunity to engage directly with clients and contribute to a specialized retail environment.
