Sonraj and its associate companies, Collectibles and Maison Sonraj, are seeking dynamic and confident individuals to join their retail teams as Luxury Client Advisors. Representing a prestigious portfolio of international watch, fragrance, and eyewear brands in Pakistan, these companies pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Engage confidently with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on luxury watches, fragrances, and eyewear.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brands and products represented by Collectibles and Maison Sonraj.
- Uphold the highest standards of store presentation and visual merchandising to reflect the luxury nature of the brands.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, anticipating their evolving expectations and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail outlets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
