Sales Agent CSR

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both potential and existing customers. Your main focus will be to understand customer needs, promote our products and services, and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads to generate new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer preferences and needs to offer customized service recommendations.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and in person.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the CRM system.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies and promotional efforts.
- Stay updated on service enhancements, industry trends, and competitive offerings to better address customer requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary of Rs25,000. This role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
