Sales Agent (DME/Insurance)

This role is based in the Business Development Department and requires working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday through Friday. The position is located in Gulshan Block 11 and offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 50,000, plus commission. The primary focus is on engaging with doctors and clinics in the USA to promote the company’s medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. Candidates must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, as effective communication through calls and emails is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to doctors and clinics across the USA to introduce company services.
- Send professional emails to potential clients to explain medical billing and RCM offerings.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and features of the services to doctors and clinic managers.
- Identify and qualify interested leads through consistent follow-ups via phone and email.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to discuss service details further.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, including calls, emails, and client responses.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calling, emailing, and lead generation activities.
- Continuously research and identify new doctors and clinics to expand business opportunities.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times with potential clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with healthcare professionals remotely.
- Ability to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM) from Monday to Friday.
- Experience or understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in managing and tracking leads through calls and emails.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed set targets consistently.
