Sales Agent (Fresh Graduates)

HG Markets, a corporate member of the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), is seeking motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team. We provide advanced trading facilities for market participants interested in futures contracts offered by PMEX. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for individuals eager to build a career in financial markets. Immediate hiring is required, and students are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads that convert into sales opportunities.
- Conduct cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients and prospect for new business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Present products and services in a structured and professional manner.
- Monitor international market trends by reviewing trade media and keep clients informed with relevant updates.
- Provide investment advice based on market performance and fundamental factors affecting product prices.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with both existing and new customers through in-person meetings and telephone communication.
- Ensure clients are notified of any significant market developments that may impact trading decisions.
- Work independently while demonstrating excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Exhibit a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor to foster client confidence.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with intermediate education and experience in sales, marketing, or call centers are also welcome.
- Degree holders in MBA, BBA, BA, BS, or B.Com are preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
