Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct sales presentations focused on Mortgage Life Insurance and Life Insurance products.

- Work towards achievable monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and insurance products, particularly Mortgage Life Insurance and Life Insurance.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining calm, professional, and creative.
- Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new tools and systems.
- Reliable team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- High level of energy, discipline, and commitment to personal and team growth.
