We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in sales, particularly within the real estate sector. This role involves actively generating property leads, engaging with potential clients, and guiding them through the sales process. The position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The working hours are during the morning shift, and the role may require travel to various property sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify property leads through various channels.
- Present real estate projects and properties to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Arrange and coordinate property visits and site tours for clients.
- Follow up with clients regularly to nurture relationships and move deals forward.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth deal completion.
- Travel as required to meet clients and visit properties.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records and managing client follow-ups.
- Willingness to work morning shifts and travel as needed.
