Sales Agent (US Telecom)

Simply Connect is seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Agent to join our US Telecom campaign based in Karachi. This onsite role requires handling inbound calls from US customers during night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM). The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in US telecom sales and a passion for helping customers find the best internet, TV, and mobile plans to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from US-based customers efficiently and professionally.
- Recommend appropriate internet, TV, and mobile plans tailored to customer requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in US telecom sales, specifically handling inbound sales calls.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Confident, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with major US telecom providers such as AT&T or Spectrum is highly desirable.
