GM Logistics is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage cold calling operations and oversee end-to-end dispatch activities for US-based trucking services. This role is well-suited for individuals who are performance-driven, financially motivated, and have a strong background in managing dispatch operations within the transportation industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating daily logistics, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring timely delivery of loads while maintaining excellent communication with drivers and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for trucks operating across the US.
- Negotiate freight rates with brokers to maximize profitability and ensure competitive pricing.
- Source and book high-paying loads using load boards to optimize revenue.
- Plan efficient routes to guarantee on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain consistent communication with drivers, providing operational support and guidance.
- Handle and resolve operational issues such as delays, detention, or vehicle breakdowns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loads, drivers, and revenue performance to support reporting and analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dispatch operations, preferably within US-based trucking or freight logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable freight rates.
- Familiarity with load boards and sourcing high-paying loads.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain effective coordination with drivers and brokers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve operational challenges quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in cold calling or sales within the logistics sector is an advantage.
- Performance-driven mindset with a focus on maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from PKR 125,000 to PKR 250,000, reflecting experience and performance.

- Work location is in-person at G-9, Islamabad.
