Sales Agents (US Market, Night Shift)

We are seeking full-time Sales Agents based in Peshawar to engage in outreach activities targeting the US market. This role requires working night shifts from Monday to Friday, between 6 PM and 3 AM. The ideal candidates will have strong spoken English skills, basic computer literacy, and a target-driven approach to communication. While prior experience in sales, telesales, or call centers ranging from zero to two years is advantageous, fresh graduates with excellent English proficiency are also encouraged to apply. The position offers a starting salary of PKR 35,000 along with a commission of 1–2% on successfully closed deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market to promote products or services.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Use basic computer skills to update records, track leads, and report on sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant information to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and achieve collective goals.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken English is essential for effective communication with US-based clients.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common software and data entry.
- Educational qualification of at least Intermediate level; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong communication skills with a target-driven mindset.
