Sales And Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Support Executive based in Islamabad, with office duties performed in Rawalpindi. The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell POS software and related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through various channels, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling potential clients.
- Conduct client visits to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Provide timely and effective customer support to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance sales performance.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year experience in sales and customer support, preferably in IT product sales or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of POS software products and services.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications such as MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own reliable transport for client visits and fieldwork.
- Willingness to work morning shifts.
