Sales and Marketing Officer

Global Corporation Pakistan is a leading provider of industrial solutions, specializing in engineering, project management, and technical services. Currently, the organization is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Officer to join their team in Karachi on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key Responsibilities:
The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, which include identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This role involves preparing detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. Additionally, the officer will plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and effective communication throughout the sales cycle and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should have the ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Strong communication skills are necessary for client interactions, presentations, negotiations, and teamwork. Proven sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and deal closing in B2B or industrial markets, are important. Proficiency in MS Office is required to prepare reports and sales or marketing documentation efficiently. The role demands someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
