BookVillage is seeking a reliable Remote Customer Support & Sales Assistant to help manage our support inbox, respond to messages on our business profiles, and follow up with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, respond promptly, and consistently follow through on assigned tasks. Prior experience is helpful but not required, as training on our products and processes will be provided. This role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere, with agreed check-in times and occasional scheduled meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and business profiles promptly and clearly.
- Handle sales inquiries and follow up with potential customers to nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations to ensure no requests are overlooked.
- Participate in occasional scheduled meetings or client calls as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and respond to messages in a timely manner.
- Reliable and responsible approach to completing tasks and following up.
- Basic familiarity with customer support or sales communication is beneficial but not mandatory.
