Sales And Marketing Specialist

ABS International is seeking motivated and confident Outbound Sales Representatives to join our US-facing sales team based in Karachi. This full-time, permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales by working directly with a US principal. Since 2009, ABS International has developed strong client relationships and proprietary brands, supported by a team of over 200 professionals. The position requires working on-site at our Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14 office during evening to night shifts, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads and existing customers in the US market.
- Re-engage prospects and manage timely follow-up conversations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to convert qualified opportunities into sales.
- Independently manage sales pipelines and ensure consistent communication with potential clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international sales, telesales, BPO, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Exceptional fresh graduates with strong English proficiency and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
