Sales Assistant

A well-established industrial equipment and engineering solutions supplier in Lahore is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting the sales process through managing quotations, preparing tenders, maintaining clear communication with customers, handling sales documentation, conducting timely follow-ups, and ensuring accurate record keeping. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations. The working hours are in the morning shift, and the salary range is PKR 40,000 to 50,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and submission of quotations and tenders for various industrial equipment and engineering projects.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates on sales processes.
- Manage and organize sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for internal and external use.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers and internal teams to ensure timely progression of sales activities.
- Keep detailed records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
- Coordinate with different departments such as procurement, logistics, and finance to support sales operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to sales activities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, preferably within industrial equipment or engineering sectors.
- Educational background relevant to sales, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site during the morning shift hours.
