Sales Assistant

This part-time, remote position focuses on driving client engagement through LinkedIn by identifying key decision-makers, initiating conversations, and scheduling discovery meetings for the principal team. While training will be provided on B2B outreach messaging, target profiling, and pipeline management, the ideal candidate must be self-driven and proactive in managing their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with potential clients, property developers, and business owners on LinkedIn.
- Send personalized outreach messages and manage initial inquiries using established studio frameworks.
- Schedule discovery meetings between qualified leads and lead architects.
- Maintain an organized pipeline tracker to monitor leads, conversations, and scheduled calls.

Required Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student or working professional pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong motivation, clear written communication skills, and consistency; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn navigation and usage.
- Interest in architecture, real estate, or the design industry is advantageous but not required.
