Sales Associate

FunFox, Australia’s leading online English learning platform for young students, is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our remote, full-time team. In this role, you will support families as they make important decisions about their child’s education by guiding them through our reading and writing programs. You will engage with parents who have already expressed interest, primarily via Meta and WhatsApp, answering their questions, understanding their child’s needs, and helping them find the best fit within FunFox’s offerings. This position combines elements of education consulting, trusted advising, and relationship building, requiring genuine empathy and a warm, consultative approach rather than a pushy sales style.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in FunFox’s reading and writing programs to provide trusted guidance to parents.
- Conduct thoughtful conversations with parents to understand their child’s educational needs and goals.
- Navigate families through the Australian education system and demonstrate how FunFox’s programs align with their expectations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, Meta, email, and phone calls.
- Manage trial class logistics, including confirming teacher availability, sharing class links and portal access, and sending timely reminders to parents.
- Follow up with parents after trial sessions to collect feedback, address questions, and recommend appropriate programs.
- Support families through the enrollment process, fostering long-term relationships and maintaining communication until handoff to the Academic Counsellor team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, including call notes, status updates, invoices, and family information, ensuring seamless team collaboration.
- Provide daily reports on calls and enrollment activities.
- Share insights from parent interactions to help improve FunFox’s services and processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully.
- Empathy and genuine interest in education and family well-being.
- Ability to stay calm and positive during busy periods.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to follow up and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Collaborative mindset, willing to support teammates and work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in sales, customer service, teaching, or support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Competitive compensation starting with a training stipend of PKR 80,000, progressing to a base salary of PKR 100,000 plus up to PKR 100,000 in performance bonuses. Bonuses include individual (80%) and team (20%) components, with total monthly earnings potentially exceeding PKR 200,000 at target.
