Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right shoes to meet their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to increasing overall store sales.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and confidently, addressing any queries or concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers effectively.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for fashion and footwear, with an interest in staying updated on trends.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Commission of 1% on sales, in addition to a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 40,000.
- Salary range offered is between Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
