Haseens is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its team at the Karachi branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting the sales team in a dynamic retail environment. This role requires someone who is confident, energetic, and able to maintain a professional appearance, contributing positively to the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain a presentable and well-organized sales floor to enhance the shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate level of education.
- Between 6 months and 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the fashion or retail sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance suitable for a retail environment.
- Energetic and confident with a customer-focused mindset.
