We are looking for motivated and confident male and female sales representatives to join our team for a night shift role focused on cold calling UK-based businesses. The main goal is to connect with business owners, introduce our services, and successfully convert conversations into confirmed sales. This role involves a straightforward sales process and offers the potential to earn attractive bonuses based on individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK businesses, with a primary focus on restaurants and other commercial establishments.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with business owners to present and explain our service offerings.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales effectively.
- Meet daily call targets, making up to 100 calls per shift.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Work the night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, with some flexibility on timing; day shifts are not available.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential to communicate clearly and professionally with UK-based clients.
- Demonstrated ability to generate confirmed sales and consistently meet performance targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage business owners.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a clear focus on achieving sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
