Sales / Business Development Intern

Pointeger LLC, a US-based full-service e-commerce and web development agency specializing in Magento and complex online retail solutions, is seeking a full-time Business Development (BD) Intern to join their team on-site in Lahore. The BD Intern will play a vital role in supporting the business development efforts by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead-generation campaigns, and maintaining detailed records of outreach activities and follow-ups. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic agency environment, providing exposure to real-world e-commerce business development practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research focused on e-commerce and web development trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to refine and implement sales strategies.
- Support lead generation activities, including prospecting and basic client outreach.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of potential leads and follow-up communications.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition of new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate initiative and contribute effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
