Sales Business Development

MicroAgility APAC is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad. This full-time, onsite role operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our digital transformation services in the North American market. Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Develop trust with clients by listening to their challenges and offering tailored solutions that support their goals.
Engage Prospects: Initiate bold cold calls and craft personalized emails to connect with decision-makers, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
Drive Results: Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and consistently exceed sales targets through creativity and confidence.
Create Impact: Assist in developing engaging marketing content and enhance the company’s brand presence on social media channels.
Collaborate: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize overall impact.
Track Progress: Maintain detailed reports on sales activities and share insights to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle business development, preferably within services-as-a-solution or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport effectively.
- Proven success in making cold calls, generating quality leads, and closing deals independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a self-driven approach.
- Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of the US and Canadian markets is a plus.
- Creativity in drafting emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media strategies.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
