Australian Concept Fertility Centre in Lahore is looking for a confident and professional Sales Calling Agent to join their team on a full-time basis immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients, following up on inquiries, and assisting in converting leads into consultation appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to handle sensitive fertility-related matters with empathy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Follow up with potential patients who have expressed interest in fertility treatments and consultations.
- Clearly explain consultation options and guide individuals through the appointment booking process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Professionally handle incoming inquiries, responding to basic questions using approved information.
- Accurately record call outcomes, lead status, follow-up dates, and appointment details.
- Coordinate with the front desk and patient coordination team to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.
- Meet daily targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointment bookings.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate sensitively regarding fertility concerns.

Required Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills in Urdu; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales calling, customer service, or lead follow-up is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and persuasive skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, or lead management tools.
- Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with potential patients.
