SaMeD RCM Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Calling Representative to join our team, focusing on outbound calls to the US healthcare market. This full-time, on-site position is based in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role involves engaging healthcare providers and medical practices across the United States to introduce our medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management services. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to healthcare providers and medical practices throughout the US.
- Professionally introduce the company’s medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management services.
- Identify potential clients and evaluate their interest in our offerings.
- Qualify prospects and arrange meetings with interested healthcare providers.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with practice owners, physicians, and office managers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, prospect details, and follow-up notes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.
- Represent the company with professionalism in all interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Good spoken English with clear and effective communication skills.
- Confidence and persistence in making outbound cold calls.
- A professional, positive, and persuasive communication style.
- Strong motivation to meet targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Previous experience in call centers, telesales, international campaigns, or business development is preferred.
