Sales Closer – GMB & Landing Page Services | Night Shift | Johar Town

Search Solution Pvt. Ltd., based in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking a skilled Sales Closer with a minimum of three years of sales experience to join their team full-time on-site. The role involves converting interested prospects into paying clients by effectively communicating the value of the company’s digital marketing services. Sales Closers work closely with Sales Agents who generate leads through outbound calls, taking over interested prospects to explain services, negotiate terms, and close deals. The position requires working the evening shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and candidates must arrange their own transportation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls transferred by Sales Agents from interested prospects.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
- Clearly explain service offerings, pricing structures, and benefits to potential clients.
- Address objections professionally and negotiate to successfully close sales.
- Convert prospects into paying customers and follow up on pending decisions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales conversations, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a closing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and convert prospects into clients.
- Effective follow-up and client relationship management capabilities.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
