Sales Closer Agent

AGS Leads is seeking a motivated Sales Closer to join their international call center team based in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position involves working night shifts aligned with the US market hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, converting prospects into customers, and consistently meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers with professionalism and confidence.
- Effectively convert qualified leads into successful sales by utilizing proven closing techniques.

- Address and overcome objections while clearly communicating the value of the product or service.
- Adhere to approved sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines to maintain quality standards.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to team goals.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with clear and confident communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, telesales, or call center closing is preferred.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
- A target-driven mindset with a strong motivation to earn performance-based incentives.
- Good listening skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Willingness to work night shifts according to US business hours.
