Sales Closer (Final Expense)

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Qualifiers to join our teams at Bahria Phase 4, Phase 7, Gulberg Greens, and Lahore offices. In this role, you will be an integral part of the sales process, collaborating closely with verifiers and fronters to engage potential customers and successfully close sales. Your primary focus will be on converting qualified leads into confirmed sales while ensuring a smooth handover to the validation team for final verification. This position requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with interested customers to build rapport and drive successful sales closures.
- Utilize advanced sales techniques and persuasive communication to effectively close deals.
- Clearly explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and transaction details.
- Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to validators, including complete and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth customer transitions throughout the sales process.
- Provide support and guidance to junior closers, contributing to overall team sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales closing, particularly in high-ticket sales environments.
- Prior experience working in a call center setting is mandatory.
- Strong ability to confidently close deals and effectively handle customer objections.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A target-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working on Final Expense campaigns is highly preferred.
