About the Role
Our client, a growing call center in Rawalpindi, is looking for motivated Sales Closers for its US-based campaigns. You will speak with pre-qualified customers, explain product options clearly, and help them make informed decisions.
Campaigns- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)
- Medicare
- Auto Warranty
- Auto Insurance
- Final Expense
- Handle warm transfers and follow up on qualified leads
- Explain products and services clearly and accurately to customers
- Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
- Close sales while following campaign scripts and compliance guidelines
- Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes in the system
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- 1–2 years of experience as a closer or in sales (US campaigns preferred)
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
- Ability to turn leads into successful sales
- Willingness to work night shifts onsite
- Competitive salary with sales incentives
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
