Sales Closer - US Telecom

Simply Connect is looking for experienced US Telecom Sales Closers to join our inbound sales team based at Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi. This full-time, onsite position requires working night shifts and involves managing inbound calls from US customers. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending suitable telecom services such as Internet, TV, and Wireless plans, and successfully closing sales. Transport is provided where applicable to support onsite attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls from US customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote and sell a variety of telecom services including Internet, TV, and Wireless plans.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate service plans.
- Confidently address objections and close sales to meet or exceed set targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Consistently achieve daily, monthly, and overall conversion goals.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Telecom sales, inbound sales, or telesales.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales closing and conversion strategies.
- Excellent command of English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong skills in objection handling and negotiation.
- Availability and willingness to work onsite during night shifts.
