Sales Closer - (US Telecom)

Simply Connect is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our inbound sales team, focusing on the US telecom market. Based in Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi, this full-time role operates on a night shift schedule and requires onsite presence. The successful candidate will manage inbound calls from US customers, assess their needs, recommend appropriate telecom services such as Internet, TV, and Wireless, and effectively close sales. Transport is provided where applicable.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls from US customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Sell a range of telecom services including Internet, TV, and Wireless plans.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable service plans tailored to their needs.
- Confidently manage objections and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional relevant services to maximize revenue.
- Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Telecom sales, inbound sales, or telesales.
- Proven track record in sales closing and conversion.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts.
