Sales/ Cold Calling Agent (GHL, Web & Digital Services Focus)

This full-time, on-site position based in Karachi Division is for a Sales / Cold Calling Agent focused on GoHighLevel (GHL), web, and digital services. The primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, qualify leads, and present Lime Software Logics’ service offerings. Daily activities include managing call lists, following up on prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, and coordinating with sales and technical teams to support the sales pipeline. The role also involves addressing client inquiries, scheduling product demos or meetings, and working towards individual and team sales goals. Additionally, the agent will help improve outreach scripts and sales processes by providing feedback based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
- Present and explain Lime Software Logics’ web, digital, and GoHighLevel (GHL) services clearly and effectively.
- Manage and update client information accurately within CRM and sales automation tools.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Schedule demos or meetings between potential clients and the sales or technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and support throughout the sales process.
- Track daily activities, call outcomes, and progress towards sales targets.
- Contribute to refining sales scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
- Maintain professionalism and resilience when handling objections and rejections.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telesales, preferably within IT, web development, or digital services sectors.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM platforms, or sales automation tools, with the ability to manage client data efficiently.
- Basic understanding of web and digital services, including websites, digital marketing, and automation solutions.
- Strong goal orientation with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain persistence in follow-ups.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle call schedules, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
