Sales Consultant

Roshni Centre, led by Dr. Fahad Artani, is a well-established spiritual consultation platform with a strong presence across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, boasting over 7 million followers. The centre offers professional and personalized spiritual guidance to clients seeking emotional and practical support in a confidential and respectful environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team in Karachi on a full-time basis. This role involves being the primary point of contact for incoming clients, managing their intake process, and ensuring exceptional client care through attentive listening, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Actively listen to clients and accurately document their information and concerns.
- Maintain and update case records using CRM or case sheets to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide ongoing client support and schedule necessary follow-ups to maintain engagement.
- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong listening skills, with an emphasis on a 70% listening and 30% questioning approach.
- Calm, polite demeanor combined with emotional intelligence and patience.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic tools such as Google Sheets or CRM systems.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Honest, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and delivering quality service.

- Compensation includes a competitive monthly salary starting at PKR 50,000, commensurate with experience.
