As a Sales Consultant specializing in Project Sales, you will play a key role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth deal closures. Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits as needed.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
