Job Description

Sales Coordinator reporting to respective sales/marketing executive for handling, management & filing of sales related tasks

Responsibilities and Authorities:

  • Assist Sales executive
  • Daily Sales Team Meeting
  • Daily Sales Review
  • Forward all quotations and POs to related sales person 
  • Daily Outstanding review
  • Quotations perusal and update
  • Arrange delivery as per orders
  • Daily analysis and working on how to improve sales
  • Making Performa invoice & Send to customers
  • Get confirmation from customer and process delivery
  • Keeping sales record.
  • Maintaining sales and visit report on daily basis
  • General Office Administration and document filing
  • Customer coordination
  • Follow up with clients
  • Distributing inquiries to sales team
  • Any other duty assigned by management


  • Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MUST)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills
  • Power point,Word
  • Past experience with coordination in industry segment
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Management of material resources and good decision making
  • Pakistan shipping, incoterms and Taxation Laws

  • 1. Responsible to secure information to protect the organisation against the consequences of breaches of confidentiality
  • 2.In case of security breech due to mishandling employee will be accountable.


Qualification Required

1. Education: Bachelors or equivalent

2. Experience: 5 year office work experience
