Sales Coordinator

SK Associates, a reputable company in the construction, interiors, renovation, and MEP industry based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, playing a crucial role in supporting business development efforts. This position involves managing client inquiries, coordinating quotations, and facilitating effective communication between clients, management, and project teams to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update client databases, sales records, and inquiry tracking systems.
- Collaborate with estimation and technical teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with potential clients regarding pending quotations and project inquiries to drive conversions.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Assist the Business Development Officer in managing leads and client communications.
- Monitor proposal statuses, client feedback, and emerging project opportunities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely and clear communication between clients and internal departments to support project progress.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email correspondence, and basic CRM systems.
