Sales Coordinator - Karachi

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth communication with customers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing sales activities, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating various internal departments to facilitate order processing and timely delivery. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities, customer communication, and maintain related documentation to support the sales process.
- Manage customer calls and inquiries in the absence of sales representatives, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and organize IT tender and bid documents, including certificates and all necessary supporting paperwork.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments and aging reports in collaboration with sales representatives.
- Liaise with Sales, Accounts, Store, IT, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Track orders, check stock availability, and oversee fulfillment to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
- Provide ongoing customer support by addressing complaints and assisting with after-sales service requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, lead, and sales records within the CRM system.
- Support sales presentations, promotional materials, and event coordination as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education or Graduation.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

Compensation and Work Location:
- Monthly salary range: Rs 50,000 to Rs 70,000.
- This is an in-person position requiring attendance at the designated work location.
