Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations by processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of sales transactions.
- Communicate effectively with retail and distribution partners, responding to inquiries and following up on pending orders.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations to support business development efforts.
- Update CRM or sales management systems regularly to reflect current sales activities and customer information.
- Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with relevant departments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Help organize promotions and trade activities, ensuring smooth execution and coordination across teams.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach and strong coordination skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows efficiently.
- Strong sales and customer service skills to support sales activities and maintain positive relationships with retail and distribution partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office software such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email; familiarity with CRM or sales management tools is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales support or coordination.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Rawalpindi and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities within a retail and distribution environment.
