Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to the sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring daily sales performance, and ensuring smooth communication within the sales team. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to help achieve the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to update sales literature and designs, ensuring all materials are current and effective.
- Prepare daily sales call reports to track outreach and follow-up activities.
- Monitor daily sales targets and achievements to assess team performance.
- Track overall sales performance and follow up on any pending matters to ensure timely resolution.
- Organize and facilitate monthly sales review meetings to discuss progress and strategize improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational background in DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or a Degree in Poultry Science.
- Experience level ranging from fresh graduates to candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Age between 25 and 30 years.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in reporting and documentation to support sales activities.

Compensation:
The position offers a starting salary of Rs 60,000 per month.

This is an in-person role based at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
