Sales & Customer Service Intern

This role involves engaging with customers through various communication channels such as calls, WhatsApp, and social media to address inquiries and provide information about services. The candidate will be responsible for following up with potential customers to generate sales leads and scheduling vehicle inspections and maintenance appointments. Clear explanation of Motoronics’ services, packages, and promotions is essential. Maintaining accurate customer records and daily follow-up reports is required, along with coordinating efforts between workshop technicians and service advisors. The position also supports the achievement of monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Schedule vehicle inspection and maintenance appointments efficiently.
- Explain Motoronics services, packages, and promotional offers clearly to customers.
- Maintain detailed customer records and prepare daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate communication between workshop technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in meeting monthly sales targets through effective customer service and sales efforts.

Required Qualifications:
